Great news we have just found out that our grant application has been approved by the Heritage Lottery Fund and a total of £29k has been allocated for our Derbyshire Buildings at Risk Project.
Approved Purposes
Carry out conditional appraisal of up to ten case study buildings
Propose outline schemes and costs for conversion to new uses
Carry out valuations and assess conservation deficits
Engage with community groups local to each building
Involve students from Sheffield and Derby Universities in case study work
Use this work to produce an Appraisal Matrix and a report on implications for governance and future work of DHBT
Organise a conference to share findings
