Last few weeks of urgent repairs at Wingfield

ASBC Heritage & Conservation Specialists have done some superb timber work on the roof and eaves of the Station building at Wingfield over the past few weeks.

Time has really flown by with this phase of the project!

All being well, we're still planning to remove the trackside scaffolding next month during overnight sessions in partnership with Network Rail.

We then hope to resume tours of the site over the summer months, so people can see for themselves the progress that has been made with the urgent repairs.
