Volunteer

Following the keys handover in December 2019, the DHBT have had amazing support from a number of volunteers.

The South Wingfield Local History Group, who worked very hard for many years to help secure the future of the building, have continued to support the work of the Trust, particularly around interpretation and research.

The DHBT have also been fortunate to have a great team of volunteers helping with the general clearance and tidying of the site. From weeding paths to painting site cabins, their efforts have made a real difference. Read more about volunteer input in our newsletters.

If you would like to find out more about becoming a project volunteer, or if you think you have information that will be useful to the project, please do let us know and we will get in touch.
